General troubleshooting for GPS-enabled tracking

• • Turn on location services for your web browser
    • iPhone (iOS) users
      1. Go to settings
      2. Go to privacy and security
      3. Scroll to safari website (click it) or whatever web browser you use
      4. Choose “Ask next time”
      5. Close settings and go back to the Trashmore Challenge website and refresh your web browser
         • It will ask for permission for location, click allow
    • Android Users
      1. In your web browser click (:) in the top right corner
      2. Click settings
      3. Click site settings
      4. Click location
      5. Look in the “blocked” section to make sure the site is not blocked. Also ensure it’s turned on for “Ask before allowing”
         • If it’s blocked, click it and switch it to allow.
  • Refresh your web browser
  • Wifi (CRLCSWA Guest) network has signal to the gates at the base of Trashmore. After that point, you will need cell service
  • Make sure you are logged into your account
  • Check to see if your phone needs updated
  • Power cycle phone
    
  • If required or you miss a track, manually submit your tracking information
  • You can always find a staff member at Trashmore for further assistance
